Last updated: July 2026. By using Clipr you agree to these terms. They're short and written in plain language.
By accessing or using Clipr at clipr.runtime-hub.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors and users.
Clipr is a free, browser-based video trimming tool. It processes video files locally on your device using standard browser APIs. We do not receive, store, or process your video files on any server. The Service is provided "as is" and is free to use.
You may use Clipr to trim video files you own or have the right to modify. You agree not to use the Service to process, distribute, or prepare material that:
Because Clipr processes files entirely client-side and we never receive your files, enforcement of these terms is your responsibility. We cannot monitor or police the content you process locally in your browser.
The Clipr web application, including its source code, design, and content, is owned by RuntimeHub. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the application itself without written permission. The videos you trim using Clipr remain entirely your own — we claim no rights over your content.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular output will meet your requirements. Browser-based video processing depends on your device's capabilities and browser version — we cannot guarantee compatibility with every file or configuration.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RuntimeHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of video files, or any other losses resulting from technical failures of the browser APIs underpinning the tool.
Always keep the original copy of any video file before trimming. Clipr works on a copy in memory and outputs a new file — your source file is never modified — but browser crashes or power loss during export can result in incomplete output files.
Clipr displays advertising provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content of those ads or the practices of those advertisers. Links to external sites (including runtime-hub.com and other RuntimeHub tools) are provided for convenience — we are not responsible for their content or availability.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Clipr at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service. Continued use after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.
